氧化鎳薄膜的制備及其磁性研究--[在線閱讀]

摘要
采用電化學的方法制備了陽極氧化鋁(PAA)薄膜,利用直流反應磁控濺射方法,以有序多孔PAA作為襯底,成功制備了有序多孔氧化鎳(NiO)薄膜,并對其進行了結構和物性表征.磁性測試發現,有序多孔NiO薄膜具有明顯的室溫鐵磁性,而且垂直于膜面方向的飽和磁化強度要遠大于平行于膜面的方向.將薄膜在氬氣環境中熱退火處理,對有序多孔NiO薄膜退火處理前后的磁滯回線(M-H)測試分析發現,氬氣環境中熱退火處理后樣品的室溫鐵磁性明顯增大.在相同條件下,制備了致密NiO薄膜,通過與多孔NiO薄膜進行磁性比較,并結合光致發光(PL)光譜的分析結果發現,熱退火處理后樣品的室溫鐵磁性增大與材料的多孔結構以及氧空位有關.

Magnetic Properties of NiO Thin Films by Magnetron Sputtering

Abstract:
In this paper,we used electrochemical method to prepare anodic aluminum oxide (PAA) films,and used reactive magnetron sputtering method to prepare ordered porous nickel oxide (NiO) films with ordered porous PAA as a substrate.The structure and physical properties are characterized.The ordered porous NiO film has an obvious room temperature ferromagnetism,and the saturation magnetization perpendicular to the film surface is much greater than that parallel to the film surface.The film is thermally annealed in an argon atmosphere,and the hysteresis loop (MH) of the ordered porous NiO film before and after annealing is tested and analyzed.It is found that the room temperature ferromagnetism of the sample is significantly increased after thermal annealing in an argon atmosphere.Dense NiO films were prepared under the same conditions.It was found that the room temperature ferromagnetism of the sample after thermal annealing increased,which is thought to be related with the porous structure of the material and the concentration of oxygen vacancies.
