當前國際職業教育發展主題及我國的改革走向--[在線閱讀]

摘要
21世紀以來,世界職業教育形成了一系列重要發展主題,包括強化職業教育與產業體系之間的聯系,重視質量保障體系建設,發揮職業教育促進世界公平正義和經濟社會可持續發展的重要功能,推進區域與國際合作等。在經濟社會環境不斷變化的背景下,我國職業教育要通過體制機制改革與模式創新,增強適應性,融入新發展格局,優化基于產教融合的現代職業教育體系結構;完善突出類型教育特征的現代治理體系和以學生發展為中心的質量保障體系,確保學生公平享受優質職業教育資源,整體發揮職業教育促進實現社會公平正義的多元功能;形成職業教育與經濟社會可持續發展互動互促的格局,改善發展品質,并以多元國際化戰略不斷提升我國職業教育的國際聲譽與國際影響。

International Vocational Education: Current Development Themes and China's Reform Prospect

Abstract:
As we head into the 21st Century, world vocational education has developed a series of important development themes, including continuously strengthening the connection between vocational education and industrial system, attaching importance to the construction of quality assurance system, giving full play to the important functions of vocational education in promoting world equality, justice and sustainable economic and social development, and promoting regional and international cooperation. In the changing economic and social environment, China's vocational education should strengthen its adaptability through continuous reform and innovation, integrate into the new development pattern, lay a modern vocational education system structure integrating production and education, improve the modern governance system based on type education and the quality assurance system centered on student development, ensure that students have access to high-quality vocational education resources on equal footing, give full play to the function of vocational education to promote social equality and justice, form a pattern of interaction and mutual promotion between vocational education and sustainable economic and social development, improve the quality of development, and constantly improve the international reputation and influence of China's vocational education with a pluralistic internationalization strategy.
