世界一流大學人工智能人才培養研究——以英國愛丁堡大學為例--[在線閱讀]

摘要
愛丁堡大學作為世界知名公立研究型大學,人工智能是其王牌專業,在本科、碩士和博士的課程設置上頗具科學性與規范性。在課程設置的價值導向上謀求社會本位、知識本位和學生本位的多元共生;在課程設置的內容構成上,本科強調知識廣博與循序漸進,碩士面向專業化領域,博士則以探求高深領域為導向。自由、寬松、靈活的課程模塊,系統性、層次性的課程體系、完善周到的支持與服務為課程設置的組織實施提供了強有力的保障。愛丁堡大學人工智能課程設置獨具特色,是英國乃至歐洲的典范。我國應基于本國國情和教育背景理性借鑒,落實多元的人工智能課程價值取向、建構完善的人工智能課程體系以及鑄就完備的支持與服務體系。

Research on the Cultivation of Artificial Intelligence Talents in World-class Universities—Take Edinburgh University in UK as an Example

Abstract:
As a world-renowned public research university, the University of Edinburgh excels in the field of artificial intelligence, with scientific and standardized curricula for its artificial intelligence undergraduate, graduate and doctoral programs. The value orientation of the curricula is pluralistic. It is society-oriented, knowledge-oriented and student-oriented. In terms of curricula content, the undergraduate program emphasizes extensive knowledge and gradual progress, the graduate program is oriented to specialized fields, and the doctoral program is oriented to exploring advanced fields. A strong guarantee is provided for the organization and implementation of the curricula with free and flexible curriculum module, systematic and hierarchical curriculum system, and mature and thoughtful supports and services. The artificial intelligence curricula of Edinburgh University are unique. They become a model in Britain and even Europe. China should learn from it rationally based on its national conditions and educational background. A pluralistic value orientation could be achieved through coordination; a mature curricula system could be constructed through scientific method; and a complete support and service system could be created by integrating various resources.
