奧地利和韓國師范生選拔的經驗與啟示--[在線閱讀]

摘要
奧地利和韓國作為經濟與社會均較發達的國家,其教師教育頗具特色,國內學術界卻甚少關注。研究奧地利和韓國的師范生選拔制度,探究其師范生選拔制度的現狀,發現兩國師范生選拔制度呈現出評價方式多元、評價標準有效、評價內容科學等特點。我國的師范生選拔可借鑒兩國經驗,利用我國當前自主招生、“新高考”改革和“三位一體”招生探索等有利時機,嘗試在部屬師范院校推行“師范生自主招生考試”,進一步強化師范類高校的招生自主權,根據高考分數、高中業績表現、綜合素質評價、面試等進行多元評價與錄取,以選拔出高質量的師范生源。

Experience and Inspiration of Selecting Normal Students in Austria and South Korea

Abstract:
Austria and South Korea, as economically and socially developed countries, have their own characteristics in teacher education, but academic circles in China pay little attention to it. This paper studies the normal student selection system in Austria and South Korea, explores its status quo. It is found that the normal student selection system in both countries has the characteristics of diversified evaluation methods, effective evaluation standards and scientific evaluation contents. The selection of normal students in China can learn from the experiences of Austria and South Korea, and take advantage of such opportunities as the current university independent enrollment, the Gaokao reform and the exploration on a holistic college entrance scheme, try to carry out "independent enrollment examination for normal students" in the normal universities directly under the Ministry of Education, further strengthen the enrollment autonomy of normal universities, and make holistic evaluation and admission incorporating Gaokao scores, academic qualification test scores, comprehensive quality evaluation and interviews, so as to select high-quality normal students.
